Vicky has kindly offered to give us another demonstration of her class, so please do join us for this taster session. If you have never tried Tai Chi this is a perfect opportunity to give it a try and accessible to all. Vicky was introduced to Qigong in 1998 and Tai Chi in 1999 and has been practicing ever since.
