About the event
Do you look after someone who couldn’t manage without you? Come and have a cuppa with us, find support and connect with others who understand. It’s on the second Tuesday of every month. We meet in the café at Bourne Hall and put your own needs first. It’s a mutually supportive and compassionate environment where you can simply listen to others or choose to share your own experiences.
