The classes will all be seated and will consist of simple, basic but effective exercise with lots of alternatives for anyone with limited movement. The instructor Jeannie will bring soft fitness balls and plans to introduce balloons, sticks (maybe drumsticks!) and light hand weights as the class progresses.
