Please come and join my seated dance class which is held every Tuesday mornings in Epsom.  I use a variety of props and songs to help engage all abilities, but the most important thing is to help build a sense of positivity and happiness. Classes start at 11.30am (11.40 at the latest to allow everyone to get parked and settled).
